For external participants, we invite you to bring your support worker along at no cost to you—so you can enjoy the event comfortably and with confidence. Plus, drinks, nibbles, and all activities are completely free, ensuring that everyone can participate without worry.

If you require a support worker but don’t have one, simply contact Maudcare, and we will be happy to assist in arranging one for you.

Deaf Social Club

The Deaf Social Club is more than just a games and pizza night – it’s a place where the Deaf community can come together, connect, and feel truly understood.

We know how important it is to have a safe, welcoming environment where communication flows freely, barriers disappear, and you can relax knowing you’re surrounded by people who “get it.” Whether you use Auslan, lip-reading, or other forms of communication, this is your space to be yourself without having to explain.

On the night, you can expect:

A friendly and inclusive atmosphere where Deaf culture is celebrated
